Hi, I'm Michael,

Qualified personal trainer and owner of GymNine.

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout.

Personal Training

Our personal training service offers personalised goal setting and tailored training plans to maximize results. You'll also benefit from fitness assessments and progress checks every 8 weeks to ensure you stay on track and achieve your fitness objectives.

Small Group Training

Get fit and have fun with GymNine's Small Group Training. 

This isn't just a standard group exercise class!

Each session is structured based on our participants individual goals and progression plan, ensuring you will benefit from personalised training in a social and supportive group.

Online Personal Training

Unable to make it into our studio? I now offer online personal training and coaching services, tailored to your unique situation.  Following an initial consultation, I will design a tailored training plan to maximise results, whether you plan to train at home, while travelling or in a gym. You'll also benefit from regular progress checks and reviews of you plan so you stay on track and achieve your fitness objectives.

Michael runs great PT and small group sessions - he is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects to do with fitness, including technique and nutrition. Goes above and beyond to ensure you achieve your goals and continually improve, as well as providing a fun environment to workout in.
